Where Do We Ship? delivers to destinations inside the UK only at the moment, we are looking at delivering outside of the UK, including the United States of America** and Canada**. If you want to know if we can ship to you just send an email to and we will quote you a price if we can ship to that particular destination.

How Do We Ship Your Orders To You?

Orders placed between Monday and Friday are dispatched within 24 hours, orders of £75.00 and over who qualify for free delivery (free delivery must be selected) are normally dispatched the next working day and are usually delivered within 2-5 working days (UK Mainland only*). No orders are dispatched/delivered on any Public Holidays. We try and keep our stock levels as accurate as possible, but occasionally there may be times where there is a high demand for a particular item which may result in your order being delayed. If your order qualifies for free delivery you must select the free shipping option during the checkout process otherwise you may still be charged a delivery charge. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday orders will be dispatched the next working day.

UK orders are despatched either by Royal Mail or by Courier. Our courier provides a standard delivery. * Please note that while this is a 2 day delivery service (2 days after the parcel(s) have been dispatched), the courier has expressed that while they will make every effort to deliver within 2 days this cannot be guaranteed and will deliver your parcel(s) between the hours of 8am-8pm Mon-Fri. and 8am-6pm Saturday (except bank holidays).

Orders taken after the respective delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

If you choose to have your delicious sweets delivered by courier you can advise us here at if you would like your parcel(s) to be left in a “Safe Place” or “Delivery Instructions” if you will not be available to receive your parcel (please tell us your “Safe Place”  and “Delivery Instructions” in the comment box when going through the checkout).

“Safe Place” means in case no one is available when our courier calls, to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in the garden shed etc..

“Delivery Instructions” means if our courier may need help finding your address e.g. house with red door or opposite newsagent. takes no responsibility for loss or damaged parcels if you have advised the courier to leave your parcel(s) in a "Safe Place".

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.

If the product(s) are damaged on delivery please contact us using the returns page or email, we do require photographic evidence of damaged product(s) to help us claim against the delivery companies we use, we will asses the damaged products and once this is satisfactory we will then dispatch the replacement product(s), please note that NO PRODUCTS WILL BE DISPATCHED UNTIL WE HAVE RECIEVED PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE.

Delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions, postal strikes, acts of God, or terrorism are beyond our control and as such we do not guarantee delivery by a certain date due to the nature of these acts, nor are we liable for costs incurred due to delay. WARNING: During the year on some of the warmer days some products, especially confectionery, may melt during transport. All orders containing such products are delivered at the CUSTOMERS OWN RISK.

Please order from with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as cannot be responsible for this.

** Please note that if you specifically require a delivery outside the EU, this may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should contact you once your product(s) are in customs to let you know the charge due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we at cannot advise you what these charges will be and are not responsible for them. 

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
